- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
- If you have not accessed, downloaded, or streamed the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Physical Products

- You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including original shipping costs, or request a replacement.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the new date.
- In some cases, you may transfer your registration to another person instead of requesting a refund.
4. Promotional Codes and Gift Cards
- Promotional codes and discounts are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if requested by the original purchaser.
- Used or partially used gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
